Our services

NAJA Media Ltd provides professional websites and practical customer communication systems for trades, contractors and service-based businesses. Our services focus on website design and development, local SEO, initial Google Business Profile optimisation, website hosting and maintenance, enquiry capture with SMS notifications, and one-action Google review requests.

We do not offer e-commerce websites, online course portals, appointment booking systems, complex or bespoke business automations, full CRM implementation, social media management, paid advertising management, or AI voice receptionist services.

Pricing and packages

We do not publish a fixed price list. Website costs and monthly package pricing depend on what your business needs and are confirmed with you directly before any work begins. Payment terms and cancellation arrangements are also confirmed with you before signing up. No prices, payment terms or cancellation policies are confirmed on this website.

SMS messaging and review requests

Where SMS messaging is configured for your business, SMS usage charges are the responsibility of the business owner and should be understood before activation. SMS delivery is not guaranteed, and SMS messaging is not free or unlimited.

Google review requests are triggered by the business owner after completing a job. The system does not automatically detect whether a customer has left a review unless that functionality has been verified, and review requests are not sent selectively only to customers expected to leave positive reviews. Customers can choose whether to leave a review.

SMS messages sent from the business owner's normal mobile phone are not automatically synchronised with LeadConnector. Two-way SMS through the LeadConnector app uses a configured business SMS number.

No guarantees or warranties

We do not guarantee website traffic, enquiries, sales, Google rankings or customer reviews. We do not guarantee a specific number of enquiries or that every enquiry will become a paying customer. No warranties, certifications or guarantees have been confirmed and none are offered on this website.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to us, for ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect and use your customers' contact details, and for configuring SMS workflows and review requests in accordance with applicable UK data protection and electronic marketing requirements.
